YOYO Environmental Protection's oxidation catalytic converter (DOC) products offer customers an ideal diesel exhaust purification solution thanks to their highly efficient purification capabilities, intelligent control systems, and outstanding reliability. Choosing our DOC products not only ensures compliance with emissions regulations but also demonstrates a commitment to environmental protection.
  • Working Principle
  • Features and Advantages
A Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) is a highly efficient catalytic device installed in the exhaust line of a diesel engine or gas generator set. It converts carbon monoxide (CO), hydrocarbons (HC), and soluble organic matter (SOF) in the engine exhaust into harmless water (H₂O) and carbon dioxide (CO₂) through an oxidation reaction. Our DOC products utilize advanced catalytic technology and structural design to provide reliable exhaust treatment solutions for diesel engines, helping them meet increasingly stringent emissions regulations.

Features and Advantages
1. High-efficiency purification
Our DOC products use double catalyst coatings and optimized airflow field design, which greatly improves the conversion efficiency of pollutants, especially maintaining high efficiency under low-temperature startup conditions.

2. Low operating costs
2.1. No expensive regeneration system is required (hydrocarbons can be regenerated at 170°C)
2.2. Modular design, easy maintenance, and reduced downtime
2.3. Long catalyst life, reducing replacement frequency

3. Wide adaptability
3.1. Applicable to low sulfur diesel fuel
3.2. Flexible configuration for various diesel engine systems
3.3. Modular design adapts to different installation space requirements

4. System integration advantages
4.1. Our DOC products can be efficiently integrated with post-treatment systems such as diesel particulate filters (DPFs) and selective catalytic reduction (SCRs) to form a complete exhaust treatment solution:
4.2. Provide appropriate exhaust temperature conditions for the DPF system to promote oxidation and removal of particulate matter
4.3. Adjust the NO₂ ratio to improve the conversion efficiency of the SCR system
4.4. Reduce the load of subsequent processing systems and extend the service life of the entire system
