    Accurate perception and real-time measurement

    At the inlet of the SCR reactor, a high-precision NOx/ O2 / NH3 measurement module is deployed to conduct comprehensive, real-time, and accurate measurements of NOx concentration, temperature, flow, etc. in the flue gas, providing a reliable data foundation for the intelligent control system.

    Intelligent prediction and precise calculation

    The fully automatic intelligent control system acts as a "brain". Based on the real-time flue gas data at the inlet, unit load and operating trends, it quickly predicts the distribution and changes of NOx, accurately calculates the ideal ammonia injection amount required for each zone, and issues instructions to the injection system.

    Zone control and uniform spraying

    The SCR reactor inlet cross-section is scientifically divided into multiple independently controlled zones. Each zone corresponds to a set of independently adjustable spray guns. Upon receiving instructions, the system delivers precise, customized ammonia injection to each zone, ensuring optimal mixing uniformity between ammonia and flue gas.

    Highly efficient catalytic reduction reaction

    The evenly mixed flue gas enters the core area of the SCR reactor, which is filled with catalyst. Under the action of the catalyst, ammonia (NH₃) and nitrogen oxides (NOx) undergo an efficient redox reaction, producing harmless nitrogen (N₂) and water (H₂O), thereby purifying the flue gas.

    Effect verification and closed-loop feedback

    At the SCR reactor outlet, high-precision measurement modules are again used to monitor NOx and ammonia slip (NH₃) concentrations to verify the final denitrification effect. These real-time results are immediately fed back to the central control system, forming a closed-loop optimization loop and dynamically adjusting the ammonia injection strategy to achieve continuous, efficient, and economical operation.
